The 41st edition of Miss Teen USA, i.e. Miss Teen USA 2023, is scheduled to be held on 28th September 2023 at the Grand Sierra Resort and Casino in Reno, Nevada. Miss Teen USA 2022 Faron Medhi of Nebraska will crown her successor at the end of the event finale.
Fifty-one delegates from all over the United States will compete for the national crown. The people’s choice winner will earn a spot in the semi-finals which will be announced at the finale night only.

Miss Teen USA 2022 Faron Medhi of Nebraska was crowned the winner on 1st October 2022. Jenna Beckstrom, Cassidy Hill, Isabella Mosqueda and McKinley Farese were adjudged first, second, third and fourth runners-up respectively.
