Miss Tennessee USA 2022, the 70th edition of Miss Tennessee USA, was held on 12th March 2022 at the George and Sharon Mabry Concert Hall, Austin Peay State University, Clarksville where thirty-one delegates competed for the state crown. At the end of the event finale, Emily Suttle was crowned Miss Tennessee USA 2022.
Emily Suttle will represent Tennessee at Miss USA 2022 as she succeeds and was crowned by Miss Tennessee USA 2021 Elizabeth Graham Pistole. She hails from Franklin as she attended the University of Tennessee, Knoxville in Knoxville, Tennessee where she earned her bachelor’s degree in nutrition.
Not new to the pageantry, Emily won Miss Tennessee Teen USA 2013 as she represented Tennessee at Miss Teen USA 2013 and finished in the Top 16. In 2020, she was adjudged Miss Tennessee USA 2020 second runner-up while in 2021, she represented Franklin at Miss Tennessee USA 2021 and was runner-up to Miss Tennessee USA 2021.

3rd Runner-up – Macy Garner
4th Runner-up – Elise Stein
Top 15 also included Lauren Parker (Greater Nashville), Shelby Brooke Templin (Hamilton County), Madison Kunst (Madison County), Taylor Gipson (Memphis), Sabrina Ponte (Music City), Samantha Elaine (Nashville), Christell Foote (Rocky Top), Kaylan Colvin (Scenic City), Jordan Henegar (Secret City) and Hailey Puckett (Shelbyville). The special awards included Miss Photogenic which went to Paiton Patterson (Tennessee Valley) and Miss Congeniality which was awarded to Pearl Clarkin (Rutherford County).
Also at the finale, McKinley Farese was crowned Miss Tennessee Teen USA 2022 as she became the official representative of Tennessee at Miss Teen USA 2022. Natalie Anderson, Blye Allen, Kendall Raye Kuczek, Grace Sparkman were adjudged first, second, third and fourth runner-up respectively.
