The organization of Concurso Nacional De Belleza Costa Rica has recently announced the designation of Diana Cerdas as the newly appointed Miss United Continents Costa Rica 2022 as the diva will now represent the country at Miss United Continents 2022. “Diana Cerdas has been designated by the Concurso Nacional De Belleza as Miss United Continents Costa Rica 2022. Diana will represent 5 million Costa Ricans in Miss United Continents 2022 in Ecuador in July,” they shared.

Diana works as a model with The One - Artist Agency and is an Advertising Designer by profession. Not new to pageantry, the diva was also a part of Miss Mundo Costa Rica 2020 where she was appreciated by the pageant fanatics ever since she became a part of the competition.

More than her stunning beauty, Diana is also passionate about social causes, determined and sincere individual. Diana has also raised funds for 'Fundacio´n Bandera Blanca' which is a non-profit social good association, founded in 2005 in order to help improve the quality of life in Costa Rica.

Miss United Continents is an international beauty contest held annually since 2013. Miss United Continent is organized by the Municipality of Guayaquil and Gama TV, one of the largest in the country, which also organizes the event Miss Ecuador under the management of María del Carmen de Aguayo.

The upcoming edition of the competition will begin on 21st July 2022 and the coronation ceremony will be held on 6th August 2022 in the town of Portoviejo, Ecuador. The reigning queen, Miss United Continents 2019 Anairis Cadavic will crown her successor at the end of the event.
