Miss United Continents Philippines organization, on yesterday evening i.e. 14th July 2022 Limbaga 77 Restaurant, held an official send-off for the appointed Miss United Continents Philippines 2022 Joanna Camelle Mercado. She will depart on 19th July 2022 for Guayaquil, Ecuador where she will represent the country in this year’s edition of Miss United Continents.

Camelle stands at 5 feet 9 inches tall and not new to the pageant world. She is 21-year-old Joanna Camelle Mercado from Floridablanca. Some of her pageant achievements include a 4th Runner-Up finish (and Best in Swimsuit award) during Miss Mandaluyong 2017, a 3rd Runner-Up placement (and Miss Photogenic) in Mutya ning Kapampangan 2016, plus a runner-up rank in Miss PASUC Nationals 2015, Miss World Philippines.

Her Spanish language fluency might still be short of conversational levels, but Camelle definitely makes up for it with her stunning beauty, strong personality and charm.

The pageant fanatics are hoping that the 26-year-old Kapampangan will do well in the international competition and hopefully bring back the crown last won in 2016 by National Director Jeslyn Santos herself.
