Miss Universe 2008 Dayana Mendoza to grace the finale night of Miss Universe Vietnam 2017

Dayana Mendoza from Venezuela was crowned Miss Universe 2008 at the Crown Convention Center, Nha Trang, Vietnam, on 13th July 2008 and since then there has been no stopping this queen of hearts to achieve milestones in her life. 

Just recently, news surfaced that Dayana will be back in Vietnam to grace the Miss Universe Vietnam 2017 pageant along with the president of the Miss Universe Organization, Paula Shugart and we can’t hold our excitement to see the beauty grace the stage once again. It is prominent to note here that Dayana will be back in Vietnam after 9 years, after her reigning year as Miss Universe 2008. 

This queen from Venezuela who is 176 cm is a model and an actress by professional in her native country. She won Miss Venezuela title in 2007 and went on to become Miss Universe 2008 later on. After 15 years of international career in the Fashion World and Entertainment World as TV Host and actress, attending to the most prestigious social events world-wide, from Fund Raisings-Charity events for innumerable foundations, Musical, Film and Sports Awards, significant celebrations, to television shows in Latin America, Europe and the United States, allowing her to see the reality involved behind and in front of scenography developments, logistics and productions, identifying the pure, the originality of every moment, finding it significantly vital to create stories under the essence of the human individuality.

Dayana Mendoza has dedicated 15 years of her life being part of transformations, from ideas to realities. She is always bearing her cheerful and human spirit that characterizes her and creating magic in whatever she does in life.

It would be a great opportunity for the 45 delegates of Miss Universe Vietnam 2017 to learn a trick or two from this former Miss Universe at the coronation night to be held on 6th January 2018 at Crown Center, Diamond Bay in Nha Trang, Vietnam, when the reigning queen Loan Nguyen Thi will crown her successor at the conclusion of the coronation night.
