Miss Universe 2014 finally added a 63rd star to its galaxy, as Paulina Vega Dieppa from Colombia, wins the Miss Universe 2014 title, and became the first Miss Universe to wear the new crown. The New Year 2015, begins with a new era, in the world of beauty, as a golden page has been added to the history of Colombia. The other winners in the Miss universe 2014 were- Fourth Runner Up- Kaci Fennell, Miss Universe Jamaica, Third Runner Up- Yasmin Verheijen, Miss Universe Netherlands, Second Runner Up- Diana Harkusha, Miss Universe Ukraine and First Runner Up- Nia Sanchez, Miss Universe USA. There was a chain of other Special Awards too, and the pearls that shined the string in different categories were-
Queen Celestine from Nigeria won the Miss Congeniality Universe Award. Gabriela Berrios from Puerto Rico won Miss Photogenic Award and Elvira Devinamira from Indonesia won award for Best national Costume.
