The 69th edition of Miss Universe i.e., Miss Universe 2020 is all set to be held on 16th May 2021 (17th May 2021 in Manila) at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Florida, the United States where almost seventy-four gorgeous divas from across the world will be competing for the crown. Miss Universe 2019 Zozibini Tunzi of South Africa will crown her successor at the end of the event finale.

This year’s batch boasts of extremely assertive, strong, and talented ladies who are preparing themselves to perform their best on the final night. From the Top 21 contestants who made it to our favourites, we have now shortlisted it to Top 10 (in no particular order) who we think have a chance to win the Miss Universe 2020 crown:

Miss Universe Nicaragua 2020 Ana Marcelo

Ana Marcelo is representing Nicaragua at Miss Universe 2020 and has been actively participating in every activity organized by the organization and preparing herself for the final night. She has been appreciated by the pageant community for giving her best on every occasion since her arrival in Florida for Miss Universe 2020 and has high hopes that she will make it to the top finalists. Miss Universe India 2020 Adline Quadros Castelino

Adline Castelino is representing India at Miss Universe 2020. In a recent interview with Telemundo, Adline explained that after she was crowned, the country went under a lockdown due to covid-19, and whatever things she had planned for her reign were also put on hold, but what she learned in that process is the fact that it brings a lot of humility.

The diva explained that she tried to surpass her limitations and make things happen for her and that process was very inspiring to her. Adline’s positive approach towards life, constantly evolving herself, and being grateful to be at Miss Universe 2020 has surely made her one of the strongest contenders for the title and we’re sure that she will make it to the top finalists. She is well-liked for expressing herself to the world in the most humble way possible, and since her arrival in Florida, she has been buzzing up the fashion industry with her stylish and exclusive fashion outfits that reflect Indian-modern beauty.

 

 

Miss Universe Philippines 2020 Rabiya Mateo

Rabiya Mateo is representing the Philippines at Miss Universe 2020. In a recent interview with Telemundo, Rabiya said that there is certainly added pressure on her because in the Philippines, there are pageants held all over the place and the Filipinos love Miss Universe and people would expect her to win. But it's always a good pressure because she looks up to the previous queens who performed well in the competition and tries to showcase herself in the best way possible. Rabiya feels that she has to redeem herself at Miss Universe 2020 because she was considered as a dark horse at Miss Universe Philippines 2020 competition and received a lot of comments after the coronation night and now is her chance to showcase to the world that she deserves to be where she is today. Bianca Lorena Trisin is representing Romania at Miss Universe 2020 who considers herself a jack-of-all-trades. Bianca is a confident, strong, and assured woman who is dedicated to performing her best at the competition and making the people of Romania proud. She has been performing extremely well at the competition and we’d love to see the diva in the finals. Bianca describes her national costume as' ‘proud, inspired, and empowering,’ and her charming personality with a bewitching smile has also managed to impress the audience and the judges.

 

 

Miss Universe USA 2020 Asya Danielle Branch

Asya Danielle Branch is representing the USA at Miss Universe 2020 and feels that Miss Universe is a platform that can serve as an example for young girls like her who aspire to dream but never have someone to look up to. She has been constantly making progress with her performance by accepting every challenge and opportunity coming her way and embracing it in the best way possible. If she wins, she could be the ninth American woman to win the Miss Universe title and she describes her reign as' ‘different and fun at the same time.’ Aysa shared that she has always been authentically herself and being Miss USA 2020 is just a bonus because she would always use her voice for the things that matter. This attitude showcases the true quality of being Miss Universe 2020.

 

 

Miss Universe Thailand 2020 Amanda Obdam

Amanda Obdam is representing Thailand at Miss Universe 2020 and is considered as one of the front runners for the title as she has been performing extremely well in the competition. Right from her stylish outfits to her confident speaking skills, Amanda has managed to impress everyone. She feels proud and honored to be at Miss Universe 2020 representing Thailand and hopes that she will be able to win the crown. Amanda mentioned that she is also grateful for the constant support that Thai fans have been sending her, which motivates her to perform her best.
