The Miss Universe organization is all set to host the finale night of its 69th edition at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Hollywood, Florida. Over seventy divas from around the world are gearing up for their final step towards the coveted crown and will be walking the ramp to prove their worth after a yearlong wait courtesy to the pandemic.

A few hours after the start of the preliminary Miss Universe competition, the organization announced that the Puerto Rican artist, Luis Fonsi , will be entertaining the grand finale of this edition that initially had the participation of Pitbull. The Puerto Rican, who waited for the preliminary competition to begin, was grateful and shared the publication on his social networks. "See you at Miss Universe this Sunday," he said.

Pitbull’s comment on the same post confirmed his absence from the night as he wrote, “I wish I could be there! It is going to be an incredible night with Luis Fonsi. Good luck to you and all the contestants. Go ahead!” It seems like something came up for Pitbull to be unable to perform at the event.

Nevertheless, Fonsi is an award-winning global artists with popular chart busters and get people grooving to his beats. The organization’s announcement added up to the wave of excitement among the viewers. The most awaited night of the year is offering the most for its viewers and pageant followers.

The divas from around the world will channel the queen in them on the beats of Fonsi on May 16th 2021 at 8 pm ET broadcast live. The reigning queen Miss Universe 2019 Zozibini Tunzi of South Africa will crown her successor at the end of the event finale.
