Grazia India in partnership with Sephora hosted the second edition of the Millennial Awards on 31st March 2022 in Mumbai where, industry stalwarts, celebrities, fashion influencers, models, and more graced the night that paid homage to trendsetters who have driven a change with their talent and unique skills.

Among the 16 nominated categories, India’s pride Miss Universe 2021 Harnaaz Sandhu was recognized as the Global Millennial of the Year. The recently crowned queen attended the night in a gorgeous Gaurav Gupta outfit looking glamorous and gorgeous.

21 year-old Harnaaz Sandhu, drew the attention of the whole nation when she won Miss Universe in December of last year, becoming only the third Indian woman to do so. Currently on her homecoming tour, Sandhu is gearing up for a big year, during which she will represent the Miss Universe community across the world and serve as an ambassador for India at a number of events.

Sandhu has a year of advocacy ahead of her, and she plans to utilize it to advocate for causes near to her heart. "My mother is my greatest source of motivation.By working as a gynaecologist and balancing her personal and professional lives wonderfully, she has defied patriarchal prejudices. I've gone to health camps with her on menstrual hygiene and other women's issues. I'm pleased to work with Miss Universe to further our cause by raising awareness. In India, women are forced to feel uncomfortable while discussing their menstruation health since they have been taught to disregard it. I'd want to contribute to breaking down that barrier," Sandhu adds.
