One of the Big 4 Beauty Pageants in the world, Miss Supranational has been crowning some of the strongest queens in the industry. With its 13 years of existence and some of the most successful productions and editions being held every year, the pageant is dominated by Asian continent as the delegates from Asian countries have been some of the best performers over the past decade.

So, without any further ado, here are some top Asian performances at Miss Supranational pageant in the last decade –

Daniela Nguyen of Vietnam began the top placement streak for Asia in 2011 where she was adjudged as the third runner-up. At Miss Supranational 2012, Thailand’s Nanthawan Wannachutha secured the first runner-up title and was among the strongest contenders for the international title.

Asia’s peak placements were achieves in 2013 and 2014 where Mutya Datul of Philippines and Asha Bhat of India created history as the winners of the Miss Supranational title respectively. Continuing the streak for India, Aafreen Rachel Vaz placed at the seventh position in 2015 whereas Srinidhi Shetty went on to bring the crown back home as Miss Supranational 2016.

Korea rose to fame as Jenny Kim marked history for the country by winning the title in 2017. The 2018 edition saw the rise of Indonesia, where Wilda Situngkir secured the highest placement for the country as the third runner-up. Thailand pioneered its win in 2019 where Anntonia Porsild was crowned as the Supra queen and held her throne for the longest reign of over two years as one of the most loved queens in the industry.

Most recently, Jihane Almira Chedid represented Indonesia at Miss Supranational 2021 and was one of the strongest contenders in the competition for the crown and had performed exceptionally well. With her spectacular performance, Jihane managed to win various accolades at the competition, including Best in National Costume, Miss Supra Fan Vote Winner, Top 11 Miss Elegance, Group 4 Supra Chat Winner (Top 8 Overall), and Miss Supranational Asia Award. Jihane finished in the top 12 at the end of the event finale.
