She has just opened about her amazing fitness regime that helps her to be in the “best shape” of her life.

The beauty’s instagram profile is filled up with those awesome work outs pictures which can make you go run for the gym right now. In one of her interviews she revealed the secret for getting abs is lifting weights because it aids ‘cinch’ in her already lean figure.

“Women especially are scared of weights because they think it's going to make them huge, but it actually does the opposite,” Laura revealed. A lot of people, I think, are motivated by fear. 'They say: “Oh I've got to work out or I’ll be fat” and “I can’t eat that food because it has fat in it” and it's not the way to motivate yourself.”

“If I’m feeling run down and I can’t get to the gym, I don’t go. I know if I go I’m going to give it like half a percent and I won't have a good attitude towards it.” She added.

Having a positive mindset to do things really helped her getting into the best of shape and size. Moving forward with a negative mind will not let you achieve the figure of dreams she believes.
