Miss World Fiji 2017 is finally on its road to the finale with 15 finalists in line. After a long tedious session of auditions, 15 gorgeous women from all over Fiji have been selected to compete at the Miss World 2017 pageant.
Recently, the MWF director Andy Blake said that four contestants from the 2017 Miss World Fiji pageant will be part of the popular Fiji Fashion Week. It is quite exciting news since one of the awards at the pageant is for top model.
“It is great exposure for the girls because it not only builds that confidence, but also gives them a comfortable feel to walk in front of thousands of people. This is a good practice round for them,” He said.
Ms Rainima will be walking with the stunning Epeli Tuibeqa and Robert Kennedy collection while the other two will be part of the swimsuit show on Thursday evening. “This year is exciting because four of the finalists have been asked to model at Fiji Fashion Week. We have never had this relationship with Fiji Fashion Week before,” he said.
It will be exciting to watch the ladies walking the ramp with confidence and poise to die for. For now, every contestant is going through several activities and sessions to be ready to fight for the prestigious title. Let us hope the best contestant wins the show and make their country proud further.
The gala finale of Miss World Fiji 2017 is scheduled to be held on 10th June 2017. The reigning Miss World Fiji is Pooja Priyanka. The Australia based Indian beauty was born in Lautoka, Fiji’s second largest city, and represented her country at the Miss World 2016 pageant.
