What happens when we have two Miss Universe beauties come together in one frame? So, months after finishing her reign, Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach returned to New York to continue her work commitments.

And guess who Pia visited first? Well, our very own reigning Miss Universe Iris Mittenaere. Iris Mittenaere took to Facebook to share a live video with Pia Wurtzbach, to give a heads up to their fans on their whereabouts. Iris, very dramatically introduced Pia to her fans in the video. “I’m good. It was like the best moment of my life. I was in Indonesia and in New York now. I was also in France for my homecoming,” said Mittenaere, responding to Pia’s question.

Wurtzbach shared her side of the story of what kept her busy all these months and said, “After the pageant, I had shoots right away – a good thing. I have four new endorsements now which is great. I was able to finish it just in time so I can fly back here in New York. Right now, ‘Asia’s Next Top Model’ is showing also. I am very excited about that. Now I am here. I literally was doing shoots every day. After it was all done, I flew to New York.”

The two beauties had a good chat and fans were on for a delightful time with the two Miss Universe beauties. The queens also answered few fun questions put forth to them.

As per the recent reports, Iris dropped by the Smile Train Office to discuss her upcoming trip with the organisation. According to the report, Iris will begin her work with Smile Train and will be visiting children who are undergoing cleft lip and palate surgeries. Iris is really excited for the trip as for the first time she will be able to witness the impact of these surgeries.

Iris Mittenaere is currently in the final year of her dental studies. After finishing her degree in science at lycée, she moved back to her hometown in Lille and took up dentistry at the Lille 2 University of Health and Law. She is pursuing her dream of providing oral hygiene to hundreds of people.
