Promociones Gloria organization held the finale of the 2021 edition of Miss Bolivia on 28th August 2021 in Santa Cruz de la Sierra where Nahemi Uequin Antelo was crowned Miss Universe Bolivia 2021 and became the official representative of Bolivia at Miss Universe 2021. She succeeds Miss Universe Bolivia 2020 Lenka Nemer Drpic.
Nahemi hails from Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia and speaks Spanish, English and German.She attended Colegio Aleman in Santa Cruz de la Sierra. Nahemi bested 24 other contestants to win the national crown. The finale show was hosted by Lenka Nemer Drpic, Dayana Molina and Thalma Roca.

1st Runner-up - Fabiola Montaño (Cochabamba)
2nd Runner-up - Macarena Castillo Bernal (Potosi)
3rd Runner-up - Fernanda Antelo (Santa Cruz)
Apart from the winner and her court, Malena Heredia (Illimani), Camila Banzer (Litoral), Nicole Lemaître Ávila (Chuquisaca), Antonella Ulloa Arce (Tarija) made up the Top 8 semi-finalists. The accomplished panel of jury included actress Carla Ortiz, fashion designer Rosita Hurtado, Miss Bolivia Mundo 1992 Veronica Pino, Miss Bolivia Mundo 2010 Ma. Teresa Roca, Notaria de Fe Publica’s Dra. Claudia Heredia, Plástico Gerente Propietario de Medical Center surgeon Javier Pacheco, Beatriz Canedo Patiño creative director Deanne Canedo Patiño, Hotel de sal Luna Salada commercial manager Rodrigo Lora, Promociones Gloria adviser Dr. Abel Montaño.
