After graduating from the BVA SDA School In 2020, she enrolled at H. Lavity Stoutt Community College in Paraquita Bay, British Virgin Islands. Xaria is a daughter of two very accomplished people, Devon Penn and Symone Davis-Penn. Devon is a senior pastor at Spirit and Truth BVI while Symone is a member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, an international, historically African American sorority.

In 2020, Shabree Frett Miss Universe British Virgin Islands 2020 represented her island country at Miss Universe 2020 but unfortunately failed to place in the Top 21. BVI is yet to pioneer its win at Miss Universe.

Congratulations to the newly crowned queen.
