Miss Cayman Islands Universe organization hosted the 2022 edition of the national pageant on 6th August 2022 at the Westin Grand Cayman Seven Mile Beach Resort and Spa where Tiffany LeAnn was crowned Miss Cayman Islands Universe 2022. She will represent Cayman Islands at Miss Universe 2022.

Tiffany LeAnn Conolly, sponsored by Island Naturals, is 24 years of age. She hails from West Bay and also won Miss Photogenic, Miss Best Smile and Miss Best-In-Gown special awards. Conolly has now become the ‘hope for young people’ as she mentioned on social media.

For Tiffany, becoming Miss Cayman Islands Universe 2022 does not only mean the contestant whose heart beats for Cayman but also signify a beacon of hope for young people that the best version of themselves is yet to come.

Also, at the end of the event finale, the first runner-up went to Chloe Powery-Doxey who also won the award of Miss Best legs. Chloe will act as Miss Cayman Islands Universe in the event that winner Conolly is unavailable or unable to fulfil her role for any reason. As first runner-up, Powery-Doxey also received a two-year educational scholarship, a round trip ticket, gym memberships, personal coaching, life coaching, gift certificates and 14-karat yellow gold earnings.

Next, the second-runner up position went to Hayley Grizzel, who received a two-year educational scholarship, flowers, round trip ticket, gym memberships, life coaching, a gift certificate and 14-karat yellow gold earnings. Also, The People's Choice award went to Whitney Foster, who received over 8,000 of the approximately 21,000 votes cast online.
