Miss Universe Croatia 2018 will organize its grand finale on 21st April 2018 where one out of the twenty finalists will be crowned as the successor of Miss Universe Croatia 2017 Shanaelle Petty.

Before the finale, the contestant Esther Martelanz finds time to share her experience and thoughts on her journey to Miss Universe Croatia 2018.

Below is her full Interview –

Q. How does it feel to be a delegate of Miss Universe Croatia 2018?

I feel wonderful!

Q. What is the best lesson you’ve learnt in your journey as the delegate of Miss Universe Croatia 2018?

I believe that, at present, my answer would be too hasty considering that preparations and rehearsals are yet to take place.

Q. What is the one thing that keeps you going and inspires you to be the best version of yourself?

I am not driven by any unique impulse. Instead, I always commit myself to accomplishing the best outcome within my capacities.

Q. We would love to know more about your advocacy and what drove you to choose it?

I am keen on volunteering in youth homes for orphans and distressed children for I have been involved in voluntary services since an early age onwards.

Q. How would you like to represent yourself at the national stage at Miss Universe Croatia 2018?

I would like to represent myself precisely the way I am. I do not crave for a change in my personality.

Q. Who is your ideal, and what values of theirs do you wish you could inculcate in your own life, and teach the next generation?

I do not have any ideal. Nevertheless, I respect individuals that are fighters with a moral code, strong character, and caring personality. These are exactly the values that ought to be transmitted to the next as well as present generations.

Q. If you could be invisible for a day, how would you like to spend it?

If I could be invisible I would most probably spend the day at home and miss out on my university lectures in order to study as I always run short of time.

Q. Would you like to share your most special childhood memory with us?

The fact that I lived peacefully, without worries, and playing most of the time is exactly what makes my childhood memory special.

Q. What or who empowers you to be yourself and work hard every day?

I am used to working hard and thus I continue in like manner. I do not knowwhere this power stems from but I know I have it.

Q. What is the one thing you can label as your guilty pleasure?

I cannot label anything of such kind since I act fairly.

Q. We’re sure that this competition is another milestone in your life. What is that one thing that you ultimately want to achieve?

Ultimately I want to be ranked as highly as possible.

Q. If you are granted 3 wishes right now, what would you ask for?

I would ask to be crowned Miss Universe Croatia 2018, that everything is as fantastic as it has been up to now, and lastly, provided that my first wish is granted, to be crowned Miss Universe 2018.
