Aya Abdelrazik to take over the crown duties of Miss Universe Egypt 2019

Miss Universe Egypt organization has recently announced that Miss Universe Egypt 2019 Diana Hamed has been stripped off her title due to breach of agreement and Aya Abdelrazik who was adjudged as the first runner-up at the end of the event finale has taken over the crown duties of Miss Universe Egypt 2019 and will crown the new queen who will represent Egypt in the upcoming edition of Miss Universe.

The announcement was made on Miss Universe Egypt’s official Facebook page where the organization stated that several terms of the agreement with Diana were breached and hence the title automatically goes to Aya.

Aya is a confident, strong, and determined woman who is very excited to take over the duties of the Miss Universe Egypt 2019 even if it is for few months. She will be fulfilling all the events and duties which Diana was unable to fulfil during her reign. Aya had shown immense confidence and determination for winning the title but was adjudged as the first runner-up at the end of the event finale.

Diana Hamed was crowned Miss Egypt Universe 2019 in a national competition held on 20th October 2019 at the Al Masa Hotel in Nasr City, Cairo. Recently, Miss Eco International organization also stripped Miss Eco International 2019 Suheyn Cipriani of Peru off her crown for violating the terms as she got pregnant while fulfilling her reign. Later, the crown went to Miss Eco Malaysia 2019 Amy Nurtinie who was the fourth runner-up at the competition as the first runner-up of the competition Miss Eco Philippines 2019 Maureen Montagne announced via her social media that she has decided to go ahead with her participation at Binibining Pilipinas 2020 beauty pageant.
