Miss Universe Germany organization held the finale of the 13th edition of the national pageant on Saturday night, i.e. 2nd July 2022 at the Holiday Inn Hotel Düsseldorf-Neuss, Neuss, Germany. At the end of the event finale, Soraya Kohlmann was crowned Miss Universe Germany 2022 as she became the official representative of Germany at Miss Universe 2022.
Soraya Kohlmann was born and raised in Leipzig. She now has her own beauty/cosmetic salon and work and also works as a model and Pilates trainer. Not new to the pageantry, Soraya was Miss Germany 2017. Soraya is also interested in spreading awareness about how we as humans can conserve the resources on our planet and about how we can improve our health through proper nutrition.
Top 3 also included Mona Schafnitzl, Roxanna Saiedeh while Top 5 also included Jelena Tontic, Maren Tschinkel. The Top 16 who also competed at the national competition included Agnes Pelzl, Alisia Ludwig, Franciska Acs, Geraldine Burger, Greta Barthel, Jasmin Selberg, Pricilla Klein, Sandra Volk, Sarah Bauroth, Selina Kriechbaum, Vanessa Brodt.
The official panel of jury for Miss Universe Germany 2022 included Beate Witteler, Miss Universe Colombia 2021 Valeria Ayos, Miss Mundo Boyacá 2022 Camila Andrea Pinzón Jiménez, Miss Universe Updates owner Nika Rosandic.
