At the conclusion of Miss Guyana Universe 2015 held on November 16’ 2015, Shauna Ramdehan (contestant number1) has been crowned as the winner. Shauna succeeds Niketa Barker, Miss Guyana Universe 2014. Niketa represented Guyana at the Miss Universe 2014 pageant. Shauna will now represent Guyana at the Miss Universe 2015 pageant to be held on December 20’ 2015 in Las Vegas.

Standing tall at a towering height of 172 cm, Shauna was born in the year 1989 and had an upbringing in Georgetown, Guyana. She works as a Foreign Services Officer, Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Shauna dons an astounding personality with a body to die for. She is tall, she is photogenic, and she is gorgeous. In short, she is a complete package. Shauna conquered eight other gorgeous girls to seal the title of Miss Guyana Universe to her name. At the same event, Tricia Quail was titled first runner-up, Diana Ahmad was adjudged second runner-up and Zena Bland was titled as the third runner-up.

The Miss Universe 2015 pageant is not going to be a cakewalk. As the list of contestants coming in this year is pretty strong, it is hard to assume one clear winner. The ardent pageant followers already have their favourites and the leading ladies are – Urvashi Rautela from India, Pia Alonzo Wurtzbach from Philippines, Anindya Kusuma Putri from Indonesia, to name a few. With such strong contenders, Shauna needs to pep up her performance, and prepare herself to bring herself at par with her competitors. What do you think?
