Miss Universe Iceland 2018 will host its grand coronation night on 21st August 2018 at the Hljómahöll Stapi Concert and Conference Hall in Reykjanesbær. The reigning queen, Miss Universe Iceland 2017 Arna Ýr Jónsdóttir will crown her successor at the conclusion of the finale.

The second in the list of the Top 10 contestants competing for the national title is Miss Svartifoss 2018 Eva þóra Hartmannsdóttir.

Eva, 21 years old, was born in South Africa and adopted at the age of 3 months old and moved to Iceland at the age of 2. She was raised in Reykjavík and studies Nursing at the University of Iceland. She has played football for 11 years and works in the cancer department at Landspítalinn. She loves to travel and surround herself with amazing family and friends. Her main passion is to set goals and achieve them. Her motto is “doubt kills more dreams than failure ever will.”

The grand coronation of the Miss Universe Iceland 2018 pageant will take place at the City Park hotel, where Miss Universe Iceland 2017 Arna Ýr Jónsdóttir will crown a successor, who will then go on to represent Iceland at Miss Universe 2018 competition, where  Miss Universe 2017 Demi-Leigh Nel-Peters will crown the Miss Universe 2018.
