Artist O Nigeshan, with a social media page named ‘Nigy Dolls', shared a picture of the doll on his social media which looked inspired by Adline’s national costume as it was draped in a pink saree, with the same embellishments as the beauty queen had when she walked on-stage. The artist wrote, "Doll inspired by Miss Universe 2020 3rd runner up Adline Castelino Congratulations! Love from Sri Lanka. I hope she will notice it. Tag her in the comments. The costume embodies the true essence of a woman. The saree is a traditional attire that binds the whole country together. The beautiful color is inspired by the national flower of India. "

Adline's attention was drawn to the doll, and she shared the post on her social media story, thanking the artist for such a heartfelt tribute. As soon as the beauty queen shared the doll, the artist thanked the beauty queen for endorsing the art.

India’s representative donned a handwoven pink silk saree by designer Shravan Kummar, featuring peacock-feather motifs in golden zari, paired with a matching embellished blouse and veil. She accessorized the attire with heavy jewelry from Curio Cottage. The color of the saree was inspired by the national flower of India, Lotus and she looked elegant and gorgeous when she walked on stage showcasing her national costume.

Explaining a little more about the national costume, the designer Shravan Kummar wrote, "The Saree is a traditional attire that binds the whole country together. Yardage of priceless legacy, The Saree is known to have eighty different styles of draping. It does not judge class or caste, worn by most Indian women even today. I want to thank multiple Indian weavers and artisans who have worked on my National Costume for over 5 months during this pandemic. "

Miss Diva organization also shared the beautiful doll on their official social media page stating,

We are so in love with this beautiful doll creation of our LIVA Miss Diva Universe and Miss Universe 2020 3rd Runner-up Adline Castelino’s National Costume for Miss Universe 2020.
