Miss Universe Ireland 2018 is all set to host its grand finale on 2nd August 2018 in Round Room at The Mansion House. The Red Carpet event will commence at 6 pm and the Showtime will start at 7:30 pm (GMT+1).
Miss Universe Ireland 2017 Queen Cailín Toibin will crown her successor. The pageant has selected 28 beautiful and talented contestants. Recently, a panel of esteemed judges has been announced.
The official judges for Miss Universe Ireland 2018 are:
Alannah Beirne
Alannah is an international model and a television personality and has worked with Ireland’s top magazines and renowned photographers like Nicki Johnson, Alex Hutch and Yu Tsai. She finished Top 3 in Britain’s Next Top Model and became one of the finalists in Sports Illustrated’s model search.
Graham Cantwell
Graham has contributed immensely in the LGBT community through his short film Lily, for which was screened at over 60 festivals worldwide, winning numerous awards. Graham was given the “Courage in Cinema” Award at the Santa Fe Film Festival. He has also co-written the romantic comedy Poison Pen with Artemis Fowl creator Eoin Colfer. He is a partner at an actor training programme called Film Venture.
Amy-Joyce Hastings
Amy-Joyce earned a distinction from the Trinity College, graduating with a Bachelor degree in Acting Studies from the Samuel Beckett Centre. She is an award-winning actress from Galway who co-starred with Henry Cavill in the Emmy award-winning show “The Tudors”. Amy-Joyce won the Underground Cinema Award for Best Supporting Actress for her performance as Oonagh in the multi-award winning, IFTA nominated 'Lily'. She is a partner at Film Venture with Graham Cantwell.

Sybil Mulcahy
Sybil is the Editor of Evoke which is Ireland’s premium website for women with an audience of 1 million every month. It’s a magazine about fashion and beauty. In April 2018, Evoke was awarded Media Brand of the Year at the Media Awards. Before being an editor she presented a variety of shows across TV3 for 19 years. She had her own show called The Morning Show with Sybil and Martin. She still presents on Ireland Am on TV3 while running the website.
Umit Kutluk
Umit is a Turkish designer who is a member of the Design and Crafts Council of Ireland. His dedication to his profession comes out through his designs. He uses high-quality fabrics, tailoring and intricate designing for his clients. He is one of the leading fashion designers of Ireland.

Margaret Clandillon
A law graduate from Trinity College in Dublin, Margaret is sophisticated and extremely successful in numerous entrepreneurial ventures. She is a qualified solicitor of the Incorporated Law Society of Ireland. She established MC Advisory Services in 2002 and has advised major airlines, banks, leasing companies and investors on aircraft acquisition, sale and leasing, for both commercial and private aircraft.
Vanessa Bartlett is the official photographer of Miss Universe Ireland 2018. Brittany Mason, the director of Miss Universe Ireland 2018 will be hosting the event along with TV personality James Patrice.
There will be musical performances by Meg LaGrande and International DJ, DJ GNO who has written an original song, called “Miss Emerald Isle”, for Miss Universe Ireland 2018.
