The Miss Universe Albania organization hosted the 2022 edition of the national pageant on 9th and 10th June 2022, where stunning delegates from Albania and Kosovo competed for the crowns of Miss Universe Albania 2022 and Miss Universe Kosovo 2022.
At the end of the event, Roksana Ibrahimi was crowned Miss Universe Kosovo 2022 as she succeeded Miss Universe Kosovo 2021 Tuti Sejdiu to represent the country at the Miss Universe 2022 pageant. Apart from new queen, Edona Aliu was crowned Miss Grand Kosovo 2022 to represent the country at Miss Grand International 2022.

First runner-up – Artiola Sylejmani
Second runner-up – Erisa Haxhiu
Roksana Ibrahimi is 23 years-old and hails from Prishtina. The diva finished her fourth year in dentistry and likes to dedicate her free time to books, practice in her profession and fitness. She believes, “Being Miss does not mean just being beautiful, because beauty is superficial and does not define you as an individual. I do not want to be known simply as a beautiful girl who won, but I want to be known as the woman who used her voice for people whose voice could not be heard.”
“I definitely became part of Miss Universe to leave my mark. I want to inspire people to be who they want to be and to shout by showing the world what they are really made for. If my works leave a legacy that inspires others to dream, learn, and achieve more,” she added.
After winning the crown, Roksana shared, “An unforgettable moment that I will always carry like a precious treasure in my heart. The country that raised me and educated me now has fulfilled my longlife dream to have the opportunity to represent my country. I will always be grateful and I hope I can make you proud like you made me proud by trusting me this title. PROUD TO BE ALBANIAN.”
The diva will now prepare for her international stint at the Miss Universe platform. She will represent Kosovo at the 71st edition of the Miss Universe pageant, i.e., Miss Universe 2022, scheduled to be held later this year where delegates from all over the world will compete for the coveted crown.
