The Miss Universe Laos organization is all set to host the 3rd edition of the national pageant on 31st October 2021, where stunning delegates from all over the country will compete for the crown and an opportunity to represent the country at the upcoming Miss Universe 2021 pageant. Miss Universe Laos 2020 Christina Lasasimma will crown her successor at the end of the event.
Out of the amazing 16 brave and beautiful girls who have made it to the finals, three girls have outshined as strong contenders for the title among the others with their determination, talent and strength. So, without any further ado, here are out Top 3 favourites for Miss Universe Laos 2021 –
Yoyo-Vaniphone Phoumixay
26 years old Yoyo stands 170cm tall is an actress and a professional model and is currently pursuing her level education degree. She believes in not being attached to the past but in coming forward with hope. Her ultimate goal to be one voice of society to give opportunities to children and the elderly are far still lack the opportunity your own help. Not new to pageantry, she holds the title of Miss Vientiane 2017 and Miss Tourism Queen Laos 2018.
Kee-Manida Nenhouangmala
Standing 170cm tall, Manida Nenhouangmala hails from Kankovit and is 26 years old. She is also pursuing her level education degree and is a model by profession. Manida’s vision is being targeted and clearly committed to what was intended to accomplish. She aims to have a business of her own and wants to support herself and her family independently.
Napha-Viengkham Thammavong
Hialing from Vientiane, Laos, Naoha is an actor model and an event emcee. She is a graduate from University of health sciences and the Rattana Institute of Business Administration. This 27 year-old diva is no new to pageantry, she made it to the Top 20 finalists of Miss Vientiane 2018, Top 12 of Miss Tourism Laos 2018 and Top 40 of Miss Laos 2020 competition. She aims at owning a business and believes in doing everything with best and credible intensions.
Laos has yet to have a Miss Universe placement. In 2020, no national beauty pageant was held due to the new coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic so Lasasimma was appointed as the titleholder, who then went on to represent Laos at Miss Universe 2020 earlier this year.
The winner of this year’s edition will represent Laos at the Miss Universe 2021 pageant. Miss Universe 2021 will be the 70th Miss Universe pageant, to be held in December 2021 in Eilat, Israel. Andrea Meza of Mexico will crown her successor at the end of the event.
