Miss Universe Malta 2017 is all set to be held on 4th August 2017 at Hotel San Antonio and all the contestants are geared up to showcase the best at the stage. But, the recent buzz has created a stir among the masses. The organization has recently announced some additions to the contest.
The Miss Universe Organisation will introduce something different this year. They announced that the sixth semifinalist will be selected by pageant enthusiasts, pageant bloggers and social media users. The contender with the maximum votes will advance to the semifinals directly.
The organization will be tallying all the votes during the finale and with these votes; they will be deciding who will be the 6th Semifinalist. The voting system will be done through ‘Reactions’ with the Emojis except for Anger, Laugh, and Sad reactions on their videos where the users get to know more about the stunning contestants.
Well, the format seems interesting and people will definitely take part in the voting system and choose the best candidate who will be the 6th semi-finalist in the competition.
The preliminary activities have been going on a faster pace and the contestants have been busy in the activities. Miss Universe Malta 2016, Martha Fenech will crown her successor at the finale night. The lucky winner will be representing Malta at the Miss Universe beauty pageant this year.
