Miss Universe Myanmar 2020 Final Hot Picks

The organization of Miss Universe Myanmar is all set to host the 2020 edition on 30th December 2020 where the stunning beauties will compete for the national title and a chance to represent the country at Miss Universe 2020. Swe Zin Htet Miss Universe Myanmar 2019 will crown her successor at the end of the event. The organization decided to opt for an online event due to the pandemic outbreak in the world.

We’ve selected the top six delegates from the batch of sixteen delegates who we think have the potential to represent Myanmar at the Miss Universe 2020 stage. This year’s batch boasts of talented, strong, and determined women who will give each other tough competition for the title. Let’s look at the favourites for the title of Miss Universe Myanmar 2020:

Thuzar Wint Lwin representing Hakha

Thuzar Wint popularly known as Candy Thuzar is 22-years-old and stands 170 cm tall and is in a final year student in English from East Yangon University. Her hobbies include modelling and beauty blogging. She is now also working as a professional model and aspires to represent Myanmar at Miss Universe 2020 stage and emerge as a successful woman who is an advocate of self-love and self-acceptance and would like to use the platform to advocate about the same.



Han Lay representing Myawaddy

Han Lay is 20-years-old and stand 170 cm tall and has a degree of psychology from University of Yangon who aspires to be a professional cabin crew and is passionate about modelling and representing Myanmar at Miss Universe 2020 stage. She wants to be a confident beautiful woman in the society who can give a hand in non-profit organizations to help the people. She wants to be a positive and an impactful role model for women across the world and make some difference in their lives. She also talks about body positivity which she believes does not come from trying to achieve the perfect body, it comes from embracing the one you’ve already got. She is very determined to be her real self and perform her best competition in order to win the title.



May Thazin oo representing Myitkyina

May Thazin oo is 19-years-old and stands 172 cm tall and is the first year Law Student from Myitkyina University. She would like to stand strongly for women empowerment project as a lawyer in future. She is confident, determined, and being a student of Law is very good at communication which can be an advantage for the diva. She is determined with her goals to represent Myanmar at Miss Universe 2020 stage and become a lawyer in future.



Yoon Kay Khing representing North Yangon

Yoon Kay Khing is 25-years-old and stands 170 cm tall and has a degree in bachelor’s of science in Zoology and loves to travel and walk on-stage and aspires to represent Myanmar at the Miss Universe 2020 stage. She is strong, confident, and determined with her goals. She is always trying to outdo herself with working hard and pushing herself to performing better. Yoon is a fitness enthusiast and usually shares her work out videos on her social media. She has emerged out as one of the favourites for the title.



Phyuthant Chaw representing Hpa-An

Phyuthant Chaw is 22-years-old and stands 172 cm tall and is in the final year of her Zoology degree. She likes to modelling and acting and aspires to represent Myanmar at the Miss Universe 2020 and later emerge as a successful actress. She is beautiful, confident, and determined to achieve her goals and dreams and winning Miss Universe Myanmar 2020 is one of the those.



Mya San Thidar representing Pathein

Mya San Thidar is 22-years-old and stands 162 cm tall and is a B.A (Myanmar) graduate from Dagon University. She hopes to become a representative of the country one day and become a successful actress in future. She wants to be a positive and impactful leader for the young girls in the country and for that she works hard to achieve her dreams in order to set an example. She is determined and hopeful that her performance at the competition will help her win the title.
