Miss Universe Myanmar 2020 Thuzar Wint Lwin has recently been signed by the London-based Modelling Agency, M and P Model Agency, and will continue her career as an international model. The diva is ecstatic to begin her new journey with the modelling agency, as well as to raise her voice for Myanmar.

The diva is 22-years-old and stands 170 cm tall. She is currently studying English at East Yangon University. She was one of the favourites for the title of Miss Universe 2020 as she showcased immense potential towards winning but, unfortunately could only make it to the top 21 of the competition.

Thuzar’s fearless attitude towards standing up for what is right has been applauded by everyone across the world. She participated in the anti-coup movement both in person at rallies and through social media following the 2021 Myanmar coup d'état. She joined the "We Want Justice" three-finger salute movement. The movement was launched on social media, and many celebrities have joined the movement and are appreciated for their courage and fearlessness. She also donated her savings to people whose family members had been killed. She also expressed her opposition to the junta on Facebook, posting black-and-white photos of herself blindfolded, with tape over her mouth and her hands.

Thuzar is a determined woman who knows how to make the best of the situation as she used the platform of Miss Universe 2020 to ask the audience and people across the world to ‘Pray for Myanmar’ through her national costume which eventually helped her to win the national costume competition as well. The beauty queen has been traveling in the United States and visiting various Myanmar communities and more to share her experience and vocalize what’s happening in her own country.

Signing up as an international model under M and P Model Agency could help Thuzar build a career in the international modelling world and she’s got the knack for that as she is extremely focused, determined, and dedicated towards her work and projects. She recently posted a series of pictures on her social media where she is seen donning red flowers and wished Aung San Suu Kyi, who remains under house arrest happy birthday. Thuzar wrote, " Happy Birthday Mother. Freedom. May our leader be healthy." Flowers tucked into a bun have long been a signature look of Suu Kyi.
