Miss Universe New Zealand 2018 is all set to organize its grand finale on 4th August 2018 where the 20 finalists will give their best efforts to win the national crown. The winner of Miss Universe New Zealand 2018 will represent New Zealand at Miss Universe 2018.
The reigning Miss Universe New Zealand is Harlem-Cruz Atarangi Ihaia who represented New Zealand at Miss Universe 2017 but unfortunately failed to get placed at the competition. The organization has contested 44 Miss Universe pageants since the inception in 1952.
After the announcement of the top 20 finalists, one of the contestants Jua Ko had to withdraw from the competition citing personal reasons and thus she was replaced by another contestant Jewel Harris.
