Mexicana Universal 2018 is all set to hold its grand finale on 3rd June 2018. At their seventh gala, the Top 10 candidates started the show as they danced to the rhythm of Batucada and stomped the stage in their bikinis.
A night of many surprises was held in which the girls had to overcome great challenges; the LipSync and the public favorites were thus announced as Leslie González from Michoacán, Andrea Toscano from Colima, Karely Sandoval from Zacatecas, Anapaola from Anda from Yucatán and Montserrat Curis from Puebla.
The Haute Couture was the highlight of the night as the candidates dazzled in spectacular Edgar Ponce evening gowns. Maryely Leal from Sinaloa, Karely Sandoval from Zacatecas and Leslie González from Michoacán were given the hashtag of Diosa (meaning goddess) by David Solomon, member of the jury.

The most feared moment of the night came when the name of the sentenced was to be announced. However, the judges decided that it was time for all the girls to fight for the preference of the public, "generate empathy with the people", and they sentenced all the 10 divas.
To close the night, the participants had to answer the questions from the audience through the judges where some of these candidates showed tremendous growth and others who must work hard in oral expression.
