The gala finale of Binibining Pilipinas 2017, held on 30th April 2017, concluded with the crowning of Binibini 19 Rachel Louise Peters as the winner. Rachel succeeds Bb Pilipinas 2016 Maxine Medina, and will now represent the country at the Miss Universe 2017 pageant.
This Fil-Brit beauty, Rachel, has more strength to show off than her imposing physical presence. People often mistake her to be aloof and selective of company. In fact, she is someone who is careful not to spread herself too much with people. She takes a while to warm up to new acquaintances. But once she does, the real warmth shines through.
At the same pageant, Binibini 15 Maria Angelica de Leon was crowned Bb Pilipinas International 2017, Binibini 22 Chanel Olive Thomas was crowned as Bb Pilipinas Supranational 2017, Binibini 39 Elizabeth Durado Clenci was announced as Bb Pilipinas Grand International 2017, Binibini 31 Katarina Sonja Rodriguez was crowned Bb Pilipinas Intercontinental 2017, and Binibini 18 Nelda Ibe was crowned Bb Pilipinas Globe 2017. Binibini 32 Charmaine Elima, and Binibini 40 Kristel Guelos finished as first and second runners-up respectively.
The finale of Binibining Pilipinas 2017 started with the introduction of the 40 contestants. All the delegates took the stage to introduce themselves to the audience. Dressed up in glittery cocktail dresses, the girls looked gorgeous. After the introduction, it was time to announce the Special Award winners for the night –

After the Special Awards, the Top 25 finalists for the night were unveiled -
The Top 25 then went ahead to compete through the Swimsuit Round. The 25 stunners sashayed the ramp donning their swimsuit costumes and elegantly showcased their toned body in front of the judges. Finishing up with the Swimsuit round, it was next time for the finalists to spread some elegance and poise on stage, as the girls took off to compete at the Evening Gown round. After finishing up with the Preliminary Rounds, it was time for more Special Awards –
