Miss Universe Philippines 2020 unveiled the names of the top 52 contestants at its red-carpet presentation. These 52 delegates will represent their respective provinces and vie for the crown of Miss Universe Philippines 2020 that will be hosted on 3rd May 2020 in Mall of Asia Arena, Bay City, Pasay, Metro Manila. Miss Universe Philippines 2019 Gazini Ganados, will crown her successor who will eventually represent Philippines at the stage of Miss Universe 2020.

Noreen Victoria Mangawit is confirmed as the official delegate of Kalinga for Miss Universe Philippines 2020. Born in 1998, Noreen is 21-years-old, graduated from The University of Philippines in 2018. Being a political science student, she holds a keen interest in economics and is also a part of many social firms at such a young age. She works against the violations of human rights with her team of more than 20 people. She also was a participant of PAKASARITAAN 2017, The Philippine Federal Project with the Motto 'Building and Breaking Boundaries'.

Noreen is fond of traveling and often keeps exploring places around Philippines. Also, she is really photophilic and loves to pose for pictures. Noreen is a jolly, cheerful and beautiful girl with an enchanting personality and a captivating smile. Unlike other technology freaks of her age, she is much into nature and admires beautiful flowers, waterfalls, beaches. She aspires to work for the welfare of human rights and wants to make the world a better place to live.
