Miss Universe Philippines 2021 is all set to be held on 30th September 2021 at the Henann Resort Convention Center in Panglao, Bohol, where 30 stunning delegates from all over the country will compete for the national title and an opportunity to represent Philippines at Miss Universe 2021 pageant. The winner will succeed Miss Universe Philippines 2020 Rabiya Mateo for the title, who finished among the Top 21 at Miss Universe 2020, earlier this year.

The organization has recently hosted the preliminaries including the Swimsuit, Evening Gown and the National Costume competitions, where the shortlisted delegates paraded the ramp showcasing their worth. This year’s batch consists of phenomenal women who are strong, determined and ready to inspire women all over the world. With just a day away from the coronation ceremony, a few delegates have stood out from the rest emerging as the strongest contenders for the title.

So, without any further ado, here are our Final Top 10 Hot Picks for Miss Universe Philippines 2021 –

Leren Mae Bautista representing Laguna

28 years-old Leren Bautista is a Filipino model and beauty pageant titleholder. With the age limit at the national pageants, this might be the last try for to the beauty queen to win a major crown for her country. Leren has been crowned in several major pageants such as Mutya ng Pilipinas Asia Pacific International 2015 and Binibining Pilipinas Globe 2019. She represented the Philippines at the Miss Tourism Queen of the Year International 2015 were she was crowned as the winner and at The Miss Globe 2019 pageant were she placed as second runner-up.

This glamorous diva is definitely one of Philippine’s top choices for the crown of Miss Universe 2021. On her journey at the national pageant so far, Leren has been acing all the challenges with her confidence and stunning looks. The diva was also among our favourites for the Swimsuit, Evening Gown and National Costume competitions.

One of the many names is of Beatrice Luigi Gomez, the longest reigning title holder of Binibining Cebu 2020, as she comes through as one of the most potential candidates to represent Philippines at the international platform. Her win as a title holder was one of the most iconic wins witnessed in the world of pageantry where she proudly announced that she has a girlfriend during the question-and-answer portion of the pageant, coming out at one of the biggest platforms in the universe.

25 years-old Beatrice has been one of the best perfomers in this edition. She is powerful, stunning, confident and determined. She desires to inspire young girls who dream of becoming beauty queens to know that modern beauty queens are no longer limited to the standards that they used to have and her hope to encourage them to pursue their dreams regardless of what they are most inclined to do even if it is not what is expected of them.

Steffi Aberasturi representing Cebu Province

A total package for this edition, Steffi has been slaying at every step since the beginning of Miss Universe Philippines 2021. Steffi seems like an ideal contender for Miss Universe Philippines 2021 crown. Steffi is 26-years-old and stands 170 cm tall and has graduated with a degree in Tourism Management from University of San Carlos. She works as an ESL teacher and a professional model as well. Grown up in Liloan, Cebu, Steffi is of Spanish, Australian and Filipino descent.

Steffi is not new to the world of pageantry as she has won various titles such as Sinulog Festival Queen 2011, Miss Campus Femme 2012, etc. She was also the winner of Binibining Cebu 2018-2019 and has shown immense dedication and determination to represent the country at international stage. She wants everyone to know that they should keep following their aspirations until they have achieved it.

Victoria Vincent Velasquez representing Cavite

Fresh faces like Victoria’s always bring an element of excitement and tend to give pageants more boost as it has created a sense of anonymity in the competition. Even though her performance was unpredictable, the diva has put forward her best foot and pulled it off exceptionally well.

25-year-old Victoria stands 175 cm tall and is of a Filipino-Spanish-Irish heritage. Victoria has completed a double Master’s degree in Architecture and Heritage Conservation at the University of Auckland and she hopes to put them both to use here in the Philippines - particularly to design low-cost, sustainable housing for underprivileged communities. With her passion for art and photography, Filipino culture and history, she hopes to showcase to the Filipino people and those around the world how innately full of wonder our country is, through various artistic mediums.

Kristen Danielle Delavin representing Masbate

Kristen aka Kisses Delavin is one of the most hyped names for the title of Miss Universe Philippines 2021. Kisses is a 22 year old Filipina-Chinese movie and TV personality, recording artist, and brand endorser. She first gained fame in 2016 as a contestant in the reality television series, Pinoy Big Brother: Lucky 7, where she placed second.

Emerging as one of the most hard-working divas during the event, Kristen’s body transformation has caught many eyes. Kisses is like a breeze of fresh air on the ramp, having fun and enjoying her performances to the fullest. She has a huge following and support from Pinoy fans. Delavin is an award-winning, talented and experienced star, who can definitely prove to be a great contender for the opportunity to represent Philippines at Miss Universe 2021.

Maureen Wroblewitz representing Pangasinan

One of the most known names in the pageant this year is of Maureen Wroblewitz, a 22-year old Filipino-German model who is best known for winning the fifth season of Asia's Next Top Model. She represented the Philippines in the competition, and became the first Filipina to win.

Maureen has been a fan favourite for the title for a long time now. With her stunning features and an experienced timeline of modelling, she can prove to be a strong contender for the title and an ideal choice to fill in as Rabiya’s successor for Philippines at Miss Universe 2021.

Izabella Jasmine Umali representing Manila

Izabella Jasmine Umali is a statuesque 24 year-old from Parañaque City. She is a Flight Attendant of the nation’s flag carrier. Beauty definitely runs in her genes. Jasmine is the daughter of former model and Mutya ng Pilipinas 2nd runner-up Mary Jane Umali and Vincent Pinto, Manhunt International 1997 2nd runner-up – our first ever Top 5 placer in the international male competition.

With her bright smile and warm personality, she has been endearing herself to the judges and pageant fans since the competition started. Apart from her stunning beauty, Jasmine also has a fighting spirit along with a compassionate heart. She stands her ground and is beyond the criticism and bullying. Through her many active platforms, Jasmine shows that she is unbothered and unapologetic for being herself. No matter what gets in her way, she has enough confidence to know she can make it to the end.

Katrina Dimaranan representing Taguig

Hard to miss, beautifully tanned and even, Katrina strikes with a statuesque height and body. Katrina Jayne Rivera Dimaranan is a 28 year-old Filipino model, actress, television personality, and beauty pageant titleholder. She studied Business Administration and Management from East Los Angeles College and is currently pursuing a Nursing degree at Los Angeles Harbor College.

She was appointed as Miss Supranational USA 2018. She represented the United States at the Miss Supranational 2018 pageant and finished 1st Runner-Up along with the Best Body Figure award. She was also previously crowned Binibining Pilipinas Tourism 2012. With her experience, confidence and determination to represent the country at one of the biggest beauty pageants in the world, Katrina is definitely a delegate to look out for.

Janela Joy Cuaton representing Albay

Janela has been the dark horse of Miss Universe Philippines 2021, rising into the light with every passing day. The diva has been opening each of the shows at this year’s pageant with her stellar and strong performance. Janela Joy Pigon Cuaton, is a 24 years-old Filipino beauty pageant title holder and model from Doha, Qatar who won the Mutya ng Pilipinas 2015 Tourism International title.

Almost after 4 years of absence from the Philippine pageant scene, Janela is now back with a bang. She said that she joined again because she doesn’t want to die without living her purpose in life, and that with pageantry you can reach out to more people to do good. Janela is one of the handful of strong pageant veterans to watch out for in the competition.

Princess Kristha Singh representing Pasig

The 26 year old diva comes from a Fil-Indian heritage and is now working as a flight-attendant for Qatar Airways. She is also a qualified pharmacist and a beauty pageant veteran. Princess is best recalled for her performance at Miss Tourism Philippines 2017 where she was reckoned for the Miss Tourism Luzon Princess 2017 title.

Even though she has returned after a long gap, she is as confident, stunning, impressive and determined as ever to give her best at the platform and grab the opportunity to bring a change. With the beauty, intelligence and charm that she presents, she has proved to be a strong bet for the title.
