Miss Universe Philippines 2022, the 3rd edition of the national pageant, will be held later this year where delegates from all over the country will compete for the national crown and win the opportunity to represent Philippines at Miss Universe 2022.

Miss Universe Philippines 2021 Beatrice Luigi Gomez of Cebu City will crown her successor at the end of the event finale. One of the major comebacks at this year is anticipated to be that of Julia Saubier. Teasing her fans, Saubier took to her social media to announce her delegation and wrote, “Rumour has it… she’s back! For the second and last time. Are you ready Philippines?”

Born in Lyons, France, Julia is 27 years old and is an academic achiever who financed her studies from high school to her Master's degree through academic scholarships. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from New York University Abu Dhabi, took her Master's Degree from Yenching Academy of Peking and went to the Identity School of Acting in London. This multi lingual and accomplished lady has travelled the world but this time she wants the universe. She joined Binibining Pilipinas in 2019 and this year she is competing for a second time but is crossing over to a different pageant.

The gorgeous Filipina-French beauty is a trained martial artist, specifically in Shaolin Kung Fu. Moreover, she worked as an intern for various well-known companies such as Becky Anderson for CNN International, Hollywood Director Wes Anderson and BAFTA (British Academy of Film and Television Arts). Her versatility is not just in beauty but is also in sports as she is an athlete of soccer, track-and-field, basketball and softball.
