Miss Universe Philippines organization has announced the Top 40 delegates who will be competing for the fourth edition of Miss Universe Philippines. The finale will be held on 13th May 2023 at the SM Mall of Asia Arena where Celeste Cortesi Miss Universe Philippines 2022 will crown her successor at the end of the event finale.  

In a series of features, lets introduce the Top 40 delegates of Miss Universe Philippines 2023. Chloei Gabales, representing Miss Iloilo Universe 2023, has made as one of the official delegates of the national competition.

Chloei Gabales is 22 years of age. The filipino beauty actually finished 1st runner-up, but was deemed by organizers as the most suited to be the candidate of Iloilo City in Miss Universe Philippines 2023. A native of Jaro District, Chloei is one fine example of an empowered Ilongga blessed with good values, beauty and intelligence.

Gabales graduated from a Regional Science High School and entered college at a young age of 15 as a full academic scholar at the National University with Bachelor of Science in Accountancy as her field of study.

On the professional front, Gabales works as a Risk Assurance Internal Auditor in one of the big four auditing firms in the country. Her broad aim is to serve as an inspiration to the youth while promoting business sustainability as a professional.

On making it as one of the official delegates of Miss Universe Philippines, Gabales took to her official social media as she said, “Grateful that I am now an official candidate for Miss Universe Philippines. This fight is not only for me, my Iloilo City, but also for the Hemophilia Community! Our journey to the Universe starts now.”

The Miss Universe Philippines 2023 winner will succeed Celeste Cortesi Miss Universe Philippines 2022, who represented the Philippines at the Miss Universe 2022 in January. The winner of the upcoming pageant will compete at the 72nd Miss Universe which will take place in El Salvador in late 2023.
