Miss Universe Philippines organization has announced the Top 40 delegates who will be competing for the fourth edition of Miss Universe Philippines. The finale date and time is yet to be announced for the pageant where Celeste Cortesi Miss Universe Philippines 2022 will crown her successor at the end of the event finale.
In a series of features, lets introduce the Top 40 delegates of Miss Universe Philippines 2023. Christine Opiaza, representing Zambales, has made it to the national competition. She is a host, a model and a Parasela coach.

On winning the opportunity to compete at Miss Universe Philippines 2023, Christine took to her official social media as she wrote, “Reaching for the sky? No, it’s the Universe this time. My heart is so full with your incomparable support and recognition. This is all for you. My victory is always your victory. A long journey ahead, and I want you all to be part of this chapter of my life.”
A Mental Health Advocate, Opiaza wants to use her voice to advocate for mental health. She is also not new to the pageant world as she was a part of Binibining Pilipinas 2022. Christine has had a lot of support ever since she showed her interest in competing at Miss Universe Philippines 2023. She wants to be more of an open book this year as she wants to be heard to spread her advocacy as much as she can.

The Miss Universe Philippines 2023 winner will be the successor of Celeste Cortesi, who represented the Philippines at the Miss Universe 2022 in January. The winner of the upcoming pageant will compete at the 72nd Miss Universe which will take place in El Salvador in late 2023.
