Miss Universe Philippines organization has announced the Top 40 delegates who will be competing for the fourth edition of Miss Universe Philippines. The finale date and time is yet to be announced for the pageant where Celeste Cortesi Miss Universe Philippines 2022 will crown her successor at the end of the event finale.  

In a series of features, lets introduce the Top 40 delegates of Miss Universe Philippines 2023. Layla Adriatico, representing Northern Samar, has made it as one of the official delegates of the national competition.

Layla Adriatico hails from the town of Lavezares and is 26 years of age. She won the title of Miss Global Universe in 2019. Layla advocates for women empowerment. "Every woman has a dream and women empowerment for me is how each woman fights for her right and how she can manage to do all things. We are strong, we can do jobs that society thinks only men can do. Women should support each other and motivate each other," she said.

Layla is also a businesswoman and being an independent candidate, she comes across as a confident person. With her charming personality and her stunning beauty, the stunning Filipina beauty will also be another strong contender for the national crown this year.

The Miss Universe Philippines 2023 winner will succeed Celeste Cortesi Miss Universe Philippines 2022, who represented the Philippines at the Miss Universe 2022 in January. The winner of the upcoming pageant will compete at the 72nd Miss Universe which will take place in El Salvador in late 2023.
