‘Cream Silk’ Transformations event was the very first public appearance of the queen Pia after her crowning, which was truly an amazing sight to see. She was initially walked down the stage and was then greeted by her Pinoy fans. At the same event, she also showed her gratitude towards her fans for making her the Universal queen.
‘Cream Silk’ Transformation event which was held at the World Trade Center Tent in Manila was made possible with the collaborations of the top five celebrated magazines in the Philippines, such as - Preview, Meg, Mega, Metro, Cosmopolitan and Yes Magazine.
