The president and general manager of Wapa TV Mr. Jorge Hidalgo announced the new management structure that will be taking over the reins of Miss Universe Puerto Rico organization starting with the 2022 edition.

The beautiful trio includes Sonia Valentin who will be in charge of the production of the contest. The businesswoman and communicator come together as Yizette Cifredo has been appointed franchise manager and Miss Universe Puerto Rico 2020 Estefania Soto Torres who will be a development supervisor and will have an active role in the preparation of the candidates of the 2022 edition.

Yizette Cifredo took to her official social media as she wrote, “Sometimes one throws wishes into the universe without having any idea how they manifest. In my conversations with God, love, existence, I have told him to allow me to be where I can do something good, where I can continue to learn, where I can serve. And I didn't see it coming. It turns out that how it all started and what turned my personal and professional life around 22 years ago, a beauty pageant, is the stage where I return to undertake a full mission together with a team of talents. of opportunity, growth, hope and - above all - lives.”
