Miss Universe South Africa 2018 Tamaryn Green might not have won the Miss Universe 2018 crown but that has not stopped the South African diva from fulfilling her responsibilities to the society. Recently, she spoke at the Playing for Pink Cheque handover raising Breast Cancer Awareness. Cell C and Black partnered with the Playing for Pink polo event to raise funds towards Breast Cancer.

Wearing a pink gorgeous dress by Forever New, in lieu of the event, Tamaryn looked absolutely elegant. She posted multiple photos from the event as she announced that the event raised R150000 which will go towards providing breast cancer survivors with silicone implants at a more affordable price.

Tamaryn Green was adjudged the first runner-up at the finale of Miss Universe 2018 as Catriona Gray was crowned the new queen by Miss Universe 2017 Demi-Leigh Nel-Peters. If Catriona would not have been crowned Miss Universe last year, Tamaryn would have made history by being crowned Miss Universe from South Africa twice in a row.
