The organization of Miss Universe Thailand held the first press conference for Miss Universe Thailand 2020 with major changes to the pageant keeping in mind the situation of covid-19 pandemic. The coronation ceremony will be held on 10th October 2020 and Miss Universe Thailand 2019 Paweensuda Drouin will crown her successor at the end of the event finale.
With the list of delegates coming in for the beauty competition, the organization will announce the 100 potential candidates and select Top 30 who will move forward in the competition and compete for the national title and an opportunity to represent Thailand at Miss Universe 2020 stage. Alexandra Hänggi is one of the delegates who has confirmed her participation for Miss Universe Thailand 2020. She is 21-years-old and has stands 172 cm tall and is a student of Electrical Engineering from Chiang Mai University. She works as a professional model too and aspires to represent Thailand at Miss Universe stage.
Alexandra is not new to pageantry as she was crowned Miss Chiang Mai 2020 recently and can participate at Miss Universe Thailand 2020 stage. She Thai-Swiss and is very positive and humble in nature. The diva has also worked with few designers and brands in Thailand which has helped her to gain some experience and knowledge about beauty pageants. She is interested in creating renewable energy for the good environment for humanity on the planet.
At present, in addition to learning her favourite subject Alexandra still spends her free time from studying to help fight forest fires and has also volunteered with a team along with the Chiang Mai Breath Council team to visit the area to help restore the ecosystem, forest, water and living animals to coexist in a natural balance. Along with doing the volunteer work, the diva also carries out the activities with Baan Te Amfan Chiang Mai homeless group to fill happiness and create smiles for the homeless brothers on a regular basis.
In her introduction video, the diva is seen talking that she wants to use the platform to work towards the better a future and it is one of the reasons why she is pursuing Electrical Engineering is the fact that she wants to develop equipment which will help the future generation to live in a better environmental conditions. The diva believes that she can be a role model everyone can look up to and work along with her.
Alexandra is a passionate woman, who has dreams and aspirations and is well assured on how to achieve them. The queen never stops herself by limiting her dreams, she always thrives to fly high with her dreams. Her experience at beauty pageants and modelling assignments will surly help her at the competition.
