Miss Universe Thailand will host its national edition this year where the next delegate to represent Thailand at Miss Universe 2020 will be crowned. Thailand’s performance at the international beauty pageants has been incredible as the divas have always proven their worth in the competition and with their remarkable performances, they have taken home multiple titles, especially in the recent years. Thai beauties have always given their best and they have never let their country down.
Thanyachanok Moonninta is one of the confirmed contestants who will be competing for the title of Miss Universe Thailand 2020 and an opportunity to represent Thailand at Miss Universe 2020 competition. She recently announced her new journey to Miss Universe Thailand 2020 via her social media account. Moonninta hails from Chiang Mai; is 28-years-old and stands 170cm tall. She has graduated in Liberal Arts: Chinese Studies from Thammasat University. She currently works as a news anchor, TV presenter and a professional model. She is fond of fashion and makeup and experiments with her looks.
Thanyachanok is not new to the pageant world as she competed and was crowned Miss World Thailand 2015. She later represented Thailand at Miss World 2015 where unfortunately she was unplaced but was appreciated by the judges and the fellow contestants for being so humble and optimistic. She has collaborated with various designers and photographers for brands and gained experience for her future pageant stints. She is a quick learner and understands what is needed by the specific pageant or shoot when she is working.
The diva describes herself has young, energetic and passionate about change as she aspires to work for a major international organization that works to inspire and to help those in needs, such as UNICEF or the UN. Since her crowning of Miss World Thailand 2015, the diva has worked with various NGOs and hospitals to make a change in the society and make it a little better place to live in. She is very passionate about making a change in the world and aspires to be a diplomat soon.
She is also known to be a very close friend of Miss Universe Thailand 2019 Fahsai Paweensuda Drouin and the two share each other’s goofy moments on social media. Moonninta is a very optimistic and always ready to do things kind of a person. She has immense love for the animals and her family has 5 dogs which were adopted from the streets but now are a very big part of her life.
Thanyachanok Moonninta would like to use the platform of Miss Universe Thailand 2020 to advocate about the education system in the world. She believes that every child in this world deserves education and no one should take it away from them. She has collaborated with various schools to provide them the advance technology’s digital for the students so that it becomes interesting and easily accessible to everyone to read, learn and write.
Thanyachanok Moonninta is a fitness enthusiast and usually practices yoga and Pilates to keep her body healthy and fit. She is very proud of her culture and tradiation and is excited to showcase it on the stage of Miss Universe Thailand 2020 and later Miss Universe 2020; if she wins. She believes in the fact that one has work twice as hard to be on the top of everyone without listening or looking back at the people.
