The Miss Venezuela organization has officially started the application season for aspiring divas to participate in Miss Venezuela 2022 and to compete for the opportunity to represent Venezuela at the Miss Universe 2023 pageant.

The organization has invited divas to apply for this year’s edition through their website, regardless of where they are in Venezuela or the world, too become a be part of the most recognized beauty pageant in the country.

One of the initial names that have been confirmed as an applicant this year is of the stunning Rosmary Altuve Gomez. Rosmary is a 27-year-old Trujillo native from Boconó. She is currently enrolled in her seventh semester of business administration, as well as is studying photography.

She is fluent in Spanish & English and has lived & worked in over 25 countries. She is a professional model and has modeled for brands such as Victoria’s Secret, Dolce & Gabbana, Calvin Klein, L’Oreal, among others.

Not new to pageantry, she tried to enter Miss Venezuela in 2013 when she was just 18 years old, but was soon eliminated. The diva is hoping to make people of her town Boconó happy & proud by representing them at the Miss Universe competition.

The winner of Miss Venezuela 2022 will be representing the country at Miss Universe 2023. The reigning Miss Venezuela 2021 Amanda Dudamel will crown her successor at the end of the event. The queen is currently preparing for her stint at the Miss Universe 2022 competition.
