According to the official Miss World website, Stephanie will be travelling to Iowa to host a telethon. And the beauty queen is really excited about it. While in Iowa, Stephanie is scheduled to visit the local causes that receive funds from Variety such as Mercy Medical Center, Orchard Place, YESS, and Blank Children's Hospital. The telethon raises millions of dollars every year and donates to these very worthy causes.

Many local, national and international celebrities are also scheduled to take part in the telethon. On her visit to Iowa, Stephanie says, “I am most looking forward to seeing how the people of Iowa come together to raise so much money for the children in need.”

Stephanie is a BA student majoring in communication studies at Pace University, New York. She is also a musician, and hopes to join the entertainment industry. Her independent and individualistic personality doesn’t allow her to follow to crowd. She wants to make her journey not just about herself but also about children with Down syndrome. She explains about her project, 'A Choir of Angels' which is a therapy program based on music for treatment for babies affected with the disorder.
