It was a dazzling night for the beautiful Miss World 2017 Manushi Chhillar, when she was gloriously welcomed by VIP guests at a Private Dinner in London.

She along with Julia Morley Chairman and CEO of Miss World joined the honouring ceremony of Marsha Rae Ratcliff OBE, Past Master of The Worshipful Company of Carmen at the historic landmark of Trinity House directly opposite The Tower of London. Marsha Rae, a philanthropist has raised millions of pounds around the world for charities and was honoured by Her Majesty The Queen for her patron causes.

Her Royal Highness Princess Michael of Kent also graced the event and she was spotted chatting with Manushi. They talked about Princess Michael’s various visits to India and how she finds India, one of the warmest hosts in the world.

Manushi said, "Princess Michael of Kent was very warm and friendly and she knew a lot about India. She spoke about her visit to Rajasthan which appropriately is famous in India for giving all its visitors the most royal treatment!"

It was a historic night for the guests as 102-year-old Caroline Ratcliff, mother-in-law of the Princess was also present there to celebrate the honour ship of her daughter-in-law. When she met Manushi, she was flabbergasted by the World queen’s looks.

Caroline told Manushi: “You are so pretty - like a Princess! I'm so pleased to meet you. I'm nearly 102 you know!"

Manushi was spotted saying "Caroline is a real star! Still so full of life at 102. She told me that her secret to long life is to be patient and to take fish Oil every day! I’ll have to remember that!"

The special VIP guest list also included likes of Lady Wilnelia Forsyth and Miss World 1975 Wilnelia Merced of Puerto Rico.  They all talked, laughed and sang their hearts out as the evening drew to a close.

One of the main highlights of the night was when Manushi joined them in a traditional cockney London song! "Side by Side" Manushi told Julia Morley "I didn’t know the words but I joined in when they sang 'side by side'!"

Julia replied: "'Side by side' is a typical cockney song, but it has a special meaning for John and Marsha who have been 'side by side' supporting the sick and disadvantaged for over 35 years. We love John and Marsha!"

After such a night, it would definitely take some time, for Manushi to come out of the after the glory of all the events.
