India’s Manushi Chillar was crowned Miss World 2017 at the grand finale in China which brings an end to the dry spell in pageant world for India after 17 years. This is a big moment of glory and proud for India as this Haryana girl killed all the rounds with her ease and poise while she competed against 117 contestants.

The same can be said for the awaited Question and Answer round where she was unmatched.

Let’s see the brilliant and touching answer that made her win the crown.

Question asked to her was “Which profession deserves the highest salary and why”?

She said, “Since I am very close to my mother, I think a mother deserves the highest respect and when you talk about salary, I don’t think it’s not about cash but it’s the love and respect you give to someone and I think my mom has been the biggest inspiration in my life. All mothers sacrifice so much for their kids, so the profession that deserves the highest salary, the history respect and love should be of a mother.”

All the 5 finalists were asked different questions. Here are the questions and answers, other 4 finalist faced in this round.

First question was asked to Miss England Stephanie Hill, which was, ““If you could speak in front of all the leaders of the world, what is the topic you would want to talk about?”

She said, “If I had the privilege of speaking in front of the world leaders, I would like to address the inconsistency in global healthcare. I am very fortunate that I come from a country where the healthcare and the quality is absolutely incredible but I understand it is not the case worldwide, so if I have the opportunity in front of the world leaders, I would like to address that this can be solved. That the vaccines are available and the medicine is available and one day we will be able to maintain a consistent quality of healthcare worldwide.”

Miss France Aurore Kichenin was asked,”What has been the world’s greatest invention and why?”

She answered, “I think there are lots of great invention but I think transport is great invention because it  enables communication between countries and it’s a good way to discover other countries.”

Miss Kenya Magline Jeruto was asked, “Cyber-bullying is one of the greatest problems in the world today. How would you solve this?”

She said,”To stop Cyber-bullying in the world today is by educating people and regulating the facts andfighures you post online. For example, if you post something that’s going to affect someone mentally them you’ll be fined. So to solve it some regulations have to be introduced.”

Miss Mexico Andrea Meza was asked, “What is the most important quality that a Miss World should possess?”

She said, “For me the best quality for a Miss World should be Love. The love that she for herself and the love she expresses to the world and to people she meets. For me being a Miss World is being someone that can easily talk to anyone, can inspire everyone and is an example for all the people in this world. So I believe a Miss World should have love, patience and happiness.”
