Philippines is the hub of pageantry with the country’s dominance in almost every international pageant. While the delegates from the national receive unparallel support from the country people as well as the organization, it is sad to see that the country has not been able to perform as exceptionally in Miss World as in the other pageants.

With just one win under its belt when Megan Young of Philippines was crowned Miss World in 2013, Philippines’ pageant fanatics are desperately waiting for its next Miss World queen. This year, Michelle Marquez Dee Miss World Philippines 2019 has left everyone in awe of her beauty and grace and might bring that much-awaited Miss World crown home for the second time.

Michelle is 24 years of age and is an actress and host at GMA 7, Philippines. Performing outstandingly well at Miss World 2019, Michelle has already made it to Top 40 by winning her Head to Head Challenge. She is a strong, confident and stunning delegate who has already marked her strong foothold in the pageant. She stands 175 cm tall and a fluent speaker of Filipino, Tagalog, English.

Not just an enchanting beauty, Michelle has also pledged to help kids with special needs. Her project focuses on autism awareness which comes from a personal standpoint as she grew up with two autistic brothers, giving her first hand exposure to know how people with autism live. Also, in Philippines, there are no such laws which protects the autistic individuals and thus she has collaborated with Autism Society Philippines which is world’s largest and widest autism awareness community and they have spear-headed so many things for the induvial in Philippines including the autism care plan.

If Michelle brings the crown home, Philippines will have its first win in a major international beauty pageant this year and the second crown for the country in Miss World. She is definitely deserving of the title in our opinion and will make a strong impression on the judges with her stunning beauty and grace.
