Rafah Nanjeba Torsa is all set to sizzle at the stage of Miss World 2019 as she is representing Bangladesh at the international stage. Rafah was crowned Miss World Bangladesh 2019 at the coronation night held two days ago. Miss World Bangladesh 2018 Jannatul Ferdous Oishi crowned her successor at the end of the event finale.
Chattogram’s girl impressed everyone with her sincerity and dedication. She is a second-year grad student of Chittagong University’s International Relations department. Rafahis also a television show host in Bijoy TV.
Not new to the pageantry, she previously won the 2008 little of Little Miss Chittagong, and also received the first prize in folk dancing category from Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina for winning 2009’s Bangabandhu Shishu Kishor Competition. She also won a government grant to visit Japan, but could not attend as she was representing Chittagong division in a miming competition in Delhi.

The multi-talented Rafah also won several titles from 2008-2010 in different sectors, including a gold medal for Bharat Natyam in the National Youth Competition back in 2010. She also became the first runner up of NTV Marks All Rounder 2010, won the first prize from Chittagong division in National Science Competition 2015, and also starred in Tauquir Ahmed’s film Halda.
Along with her, Fatiha Khalud Mayami, and Zannatul Ferdaus Meghla became first and second runners-up respectively.Filmstars Ferdous, Moushumi, and beauty expert Farnaz Alam, Miss World Bangladesh 2018 Jannatul Ferdous Oishee, and Miss World Singapore 2018 Vanessa Peh Ting Ting were this edition’s judges.
