The finale of Miss World Bangladesh 2023 was held on 27th January 2024 where Shammi Islam Nila was crowned as the new queen as she became the official representative of Bangladesh at the upcoming edition of Miss World which will be held in India, starting this month.

Shammi Islam Nila is 21 years of age and a brand ambassador and a digital influencer. She bested nine other contestants to win the national crown. Her grace and determination have left an indelible mark and she will be an ideal contender for the international crown with her strong personality and confidence.

The newly crowned Miss World Bangladesh 2023 Shammi Islam Nila’s court included –

1st Runner-Up – Aklima Atika Konika

2nd Runner-Up – Shakira Tamanna

The 71st edition of Miss World 2023 will be held at the Jio World Convention Centre in Mumbai, India on 9th March 2024 where Miss Earth 2021 Karolina Bielawska of Poland will crown her successor at the end of the event finale.
