Pernille Sørensen, 23-year-old beauty from Aalborg, was crowned Miss World Denmark 2014 at the conclusion of the event held on October 4' 2014 in Copenhagen. Twenty-five (25) beautiful contestants competed for the Denmark's most sought after title, but it was the 175 cm tall Pernille, a nurse by profession, who came out victorious.
Pernille, who also won the 'Beauty with A Purpose' title, will now represent Denmark at the Miss World 2014 pageant to be held in London this year.
Aisha Isabella Hansen was the 1st runner-up and she will represent Denmark at Miss Earth 2014 in Philippines, while Amalie Eva Musolino Nørreby was the second runner-up and will represent Denmark at Miss Model of The World in China.
Top 5 finalists also included Sisse Houlberg Winther and Malene Love Sigaard.
